Shipping and Returns

Where and when do we deliver?

We currently ship orders to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For all locations on the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, shipping will take place within 1 to 4 business days. Deliveries are not made on national holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Shipping is completely free for purchases over €49. If the amount is less than this amount, shipping will be charged €12.

If my order is delayed, what can I do?

Coinga is committed to meeting these delivery conditions, provided the merchandise is available at Ctra. Nova S/N Alaior · Menorca.
In the event of a stock shortage, Coinga will inform the customer of the estimated delay time, and the customer may be refunded if desired.
Coinga is not responsible for order delays due to third-party issues.

What is the return policy?

An order may be returned if it arrived damaged. To do so, a photograph taken on the day of delivery must be submitted,
demonstrating the product’s invalidity. Send it to coinga@coinga.com and then complete the return process.

What can I do if not all of my products have arrived?

Once you receive your order, if any items are missing, you can contact Customer Service and file a claim, providing the order number found in your confirmation email.
